Introduction to the complete production process of rubberwood pellets with an hourly output of 9 to 12 tons in Indonesia
The entire production line equipment was provided by Zheng zhou Debon Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. The customer’s raw material is rubberwood with a moisture content of approximately 40%. The customer’s raw materials are initially crushed into wood chips of about two centimeters using the Wood Chipper. Wood chips are conveyed by belt conveyors to two 75×120 single-shaft high-efficiency Hammer Mill for fine grinding. The crushed sawdust is conveyed by a belt conveyor to the drying section for further drying. The drying section is equipped with A 3m x 24m drum rotary dryer to dry the wood sawdust. The dried wood chips are then filtered by a cyclone dust collector before falling onto a belt conveyor. The belt conveyor transports the dried wood sawdust to the dry material warehouse for storage. They are then transported by belt conveyor to the double-shaft uniform material silo. The double-shaft uniform material silo evenly conveys the material to three horizontal screw conveyors . The material is fed evenly into three Debon 850 pellet mills for pelletizing. Total production of 9-12 tons per hour The finished pellets are conveyed by a large-angle belt conveyor to the Debon counter-flow cooler for cooling. Impurities are then removed by a vibrating screen. The finished pellets are conveyed to a ton bag packaging machine via a second large-angle belt conveyor.
