Complete Production Process

The entire production line achieves a closed-loop automated production process from raw material processing to finished product packaging, featuring seamless workflow transitions, minimal manual intervention, and high production efficiency. The core processes are as follows:

1. Crushing Section

Coarse crushing of large raw materials such as logs, branches, and large straw pieces to process them to the standard particle size suitable for grinding, removing large impurities to ensure smooth subsequent processing.

2. Grinding Section

This section performs fine grinding, processing the raw materials to the uniform fineness required for pelletization. This ensures well-formed pellets with uniform density and is suitable for processing a wide range of soft and hard biomass raw materials.

3. Drying Section

Equipped with specialized drum dryers, this section precisely controls the moisture content of the raw materials, maintaining it within the optimal pelletizing range of 13%–18%. This completely resolves the issues of poor forming and easy disintegration associated with damp materials, significantly improving the yield of qualified finished products.

4. Pelleting Section

Utilizes a mainstream vertical ring-die pelletizer paired with high-compatibility compression ratio dies. High-pressure extrusion achieves one-step forming, resulting in highly compact pellets that are resistant to breakage, with a forming rate exceeding 95%. Dies can be replaced as needed to produce pellets in various sizes ranging from 6 to 12 mm.

5. Cooling and Screening Section

High-temperature pellets are cooled and set via air cooling, effectively lowering pellet temperature and increasing hardness. Screening equipment then removes and powder, ensuring uniform appearance and consistent quality of the finished pellets.

6. Automatic Packaging Section

Equipped with a fully automatic quantitative packaging machine, this section automatically weighs, seals, and packages the product into 20–50 kg bags. The finished product is neatly packaged, facilitating storage, transportation, and cross-border sales.

The biomass pellet production line is a one-stop, fully automated turnkey system for the resource recovery and pelletization of agricultural and forestry waste, specifically designed for various biomass raw materials such as wood chips, crop straw, rice husks, bamboo shavings, bark, and palm kernel shells. Using high-pressure physical compression technology, the equipment transforms loose, difficult-to-store-and-transport agricultural and forestry waste with low calorific value into high-density, high-calorific-value clean energy pellet fuel that is easy to store and transport. The entire production line requires no additives and relies solely on physical compression, making it environmentally friendly and energy-efficient. As a core system for industrial heating, biomass power generation, and new energy fuel processing, it is widely compatible with biomass energy processing projects worldwide.
