Description
This hammer mill is an integrated unit combining a blower and a grinding chamber. The machine housing and the blower impeller are integrated within a single chamber, eliminating the need for a separate external blower or ductwork. Material is fed into the grinding chamber through the open hopper at the top, where high-speed, wear-resistant hammer blades impact, shear, and grind the material; Qualified powder is drawn by the negative-pressure airflow generated by the built-in blower and conveyed through the side elbow discharge port to the cyclone collection hopper, while coarse material remains in the chamber for repeated crushing until it meets specifications. The entire unit is shipped as a single, fully assembled unit; simply connect the motor, plug it in, and attach the dust collection and material collection system to begin production immediately.
