The teardrop-shaped crusher is a standard product meticulously developed by our company, primarily designed to crush various types of wood chips, wood strips, straw, weeds, and other materials. This series of teardrop-shaped shredders employs direct shaft drive and a high-speed motor. The shredding chamber utilizes secondary impact technology, resulting in a finer and more uniform particle size for the final product. Additionally, the machine can rotate in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions, ensuring even wear on the shredding rotor and hammer blades and maintaining effective dynamic balance throughout its service life. This design addresses structural issues frequently reported by customers, such as high output and stable operation in new machines, followed by significant vibration and a severe drop in output after a few months. The main shaft bearings are high-quality, imported NSK bearings. The main unit features a sliding door and an elastic screen-pressing structure, ensuring easy operation and maintenance. This machine offers high output and low power consumption, and is capable of performing general, fine, and ultra-fine grinding. It is widely used in large and medium-sized biomass pellet plants, feed mills, citric acid plants, food processing plants, and other industries.
